Message summary: * what...heavy snow is possible in the spring mountains and sheep range above 5000 feet. Three day snow accumulations exceeding 2 feet above 9000 feet....1 to 2 feet above 7000 feet....and 6 to 12 inches down to 5000 feet. Winds could gust as high as 50 mph.
* where...sheep range and spring mountains.
* when...from 10 am monday to 10 pm pst wednesday.
* impacts...roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Strong winds could cause tree damage.
* additional details...the snow is expected in two waves with the first round arriving monday afternoon. Snow levels will start out around 7000 feet on monday and gradually fall through wednesday morning. A lull in the snowfall is expected late monday night into tuesday before the next wave brings additional snowfall tuesday night into wednesday.
